Samsung Omnia – sync Mate
Q: I am planning on getting an Samsung Omnia tomorrow, but i am worried slightly with it being a windows mobile UI and i only have a mac. Will i still be able to get full functionality from the phone with my mac and is syncing the two easy as using isync???

A: The Samsung Omnia works fine with my macbook, you will need Missing Sync or Sync Mate (this is free for a limted functionality version) to sync contacts, calendar entries etc. Be aware it sometimes takes up to a minute to mount the Omnia as mass storage so be patient. It took so long that i thought it wasn’t working at first.
