Samsung Omnia performance
Q: I’m interested in finding out more info about the performance of Samsung Omnia. What I mean is that I’d like to know if there are any kinds of general application execution speed problems (applications that are running slow). What software application generated it. Also I’m very curios what is the average battery life time. Is how well Java applications behaves on this SmartPhone (Are Java applications are running fast or slow? ).

A: Go ahead & buy it. You will not regret. Everybody’s knowledge, opinion, views & learning curve are different. Same phone, some like it, some dont. FW released twice since July.

speed problems > no
average battery time > 2 to 5 days depends on your usage. 1st usually less than 1 day because you will explore the whole Samsung Omnia phone.
Java applications > never try
SmartPhone > no, this is PPC > Pocket PC
