Samsung Memoir Tips – make ring loud in the start
Q: If you knew how to change the settings so that when the phone rings (or when you get a text message) the ringer/alert starts out loud instead of starting out low and then getting louder? Samsung Cell Phone tips & tricks
A: Go to Menu>Settings>Sound Profiles> Tap "Normal" (not the box w/the circle inside but tap the word itself), something should apear (Call,Message,Phone Tone Settings) now tap the "Call alert type" and then choose "Increasing melody" or "Vib. & increasing melody" that should solve your problem.
