Samsung Giorgio Armani W820/W8200 slider phone
When it comes to mobile phone, Giorgio Armani is a long-time Samsung friend. On that note, we’ve heard the fashion giant is preparing to release yet another phone made by the Korean company. This time, however, it seems they are talking about a Korea-only device, only — or that’s at least the decision at the moment. Samsung Cell Phone news
Apparently, the upcoming Samsung Giorgio will rock a slider form factor, sporting such things as 3.1-inch AMOLED WVGA (800×480 pixels) touchscreen, HSDPA, Bluetooth, 5-megapixel camera, and a T-DMB mobile TV receiver. From what I can tell, since we’re talking about an Armani phone (i.e. premium), it will probably come with same powerful guts the Samsung Jet has, in order to properly render all screen graphics. Hopefully, Samsung won’t abandon its TouchWIZ UI, but will rather make it more Armani branded. That could look great, now that I’m thinking.
Anyway, in case you’re wondering, release date and pricing information are unknown at this stage. As soon as we hear something new, you’ll be the first to know.
