How To Identify the Samsung Glyde Firmware Update?
Q: I just got my Samsung Glyde. When I was trying to purchase the phone, the guys over the counter were trying to get me NOT to buy it and settle for the Voyager or EnV2; they told me everything I already know: unresponsive touchscreen, better phones..etc. .

I did want the EnV2, but I thought I could do more with Samsung Glyde, it’s HTML browser, and I like the slide out keyboard better than the clamshell-form (for example: texting during lectures more discreetly.
A: Go to Menu > Tools & Settings > #0 Phone Info > #2 SW/HW Version
Top line should tell you if you have the .BF25 updated version
