I read in the Samsung Omnia forum, which I cannot recall now, that you need to follow these steps:
1. Don’t hold the phone.  Put it on a flat surface.
2. Place device right below your eye and about 30 to 40 cm.
3. Go to the screen alignment menu
4. Use stylus or another pointed device (not sharp!!!  )
5. Click Calibrate
I tried this and I can say it works.  It even helped me when I’m using the Samsung Keyboard. Samsung Omnia

After reading some good info on www.modaco.com I thought I would try it on my branded Orange Omina which had the following versions: Samsung Omnia
PDA: Samsung Omnia i900XXHH1/BVHH1
Phone: Samsung Omnia  i900BVHH1
I was getting impatient waiting for Samsung to release an update for my version.
After the update the phone is unbranded
Heres what I did
1) Go to the official Smasung update site: http://www.samsungmobile.com/support/omnia/index.jsp
2) For the version check enter the following version MSHH1 you will then be able to download the official MSHJ1 updater.
3) Edit the following registry key on the Omina HKCU\ControlPanel\Version\CustomVersion to MSHH1
(The original keys value on mine was BVHH1_HH1 I just altered it to read MSHH1_HH1)
Check this setting has been stored by using the version checker in Start\Settings\System
4) Run the official updater.
If all goes correctly you should end up with the following versions:
PDA: i900XXHJ4/MSHJ1
Phone: i900XXHI5
Remember: Flashing is done at your own risk!

Samsung Omnia tips – disable widgets

1. Start  
2. Settings
3. Today
4. Items (it’s a tab on the bottom)
5. Uncheck ‘Samsung Widgets’
Other than ‘Samsung Widgets’, I would uncheck all except for ‘Date’.  You’ll need to have ‘Date’ enabled if you want to see a date & time on the main screen. Samsung Cell Phone tips & tricks
All other options you may need are located in the ‘Main Menu’ (bottom right on the main screen).
OR
Uncheck all except for ‘Samsung Today’  …you may like it. Samsung Omnia

I’ve found Resco Bubbles, it is for Samsung Omnia and is very fun. This is a full screen G-Sensor or accelerometer game! It can be downloaded from http://www.resco.net/pocketpc/bubbles/
Is not free, but worth! Demo is until level 5.
