Alltel is selling the Samsung Delve on November, when interested users will be able to grab it for $199 with a 2-year service agreement and after a $100 mail-in rebate.

The Samsung Delve has a 3″ touchscreen and the Touchwiz user interface which allow users to customize and personalize their phone. It should be available by mid-November according to the source on BGR.

Recently we’ve seen various handsets being released or rumored and it’s now time for the Delve to leak to the public, we don’t have all the official specifications. But today Alltel and Samsung announced a new phone using the TouchWiz user interface – Samsung Delve.

The TouchWiz interface has widgets that allow users to customize and personalize their phone, as well as drag and drop applications to the phonetop. We can see the branding at the top mentions Alltel, the Samsung Delve can be pre-ordered starting October 30, and will be available in retail stores beginning November 7 for $250 after rebates with new agreement.
